Ingredients:

12 oz boneless top sirloin steak, about 3/4-in. thick, trimmed
1 each garlic clove, minced
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce, divided
1 1/2 Tbsps olive oil, divided
1/2 cup shredded radicchio
1 large red onion, thinly sliced
12 oz Wacky Mac®® Veggie Spirals
1 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:

1. Prepare WACKY MAC according to package directions.

2. Place beef in a medium-size glass bowl. Add garlic and half the teriyaki sauce. Stir well. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.

3. Drain off garlic and teriyaki sauce. Grill steak over medium high heat, 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness, or broil about 4 inches from heat 5 to 6 minutes per side or to desired doneness.

4.  Set aside 10 minutes for beef to firm up. Cut into ¼-inch thick slices.

5. Heat 11/2 teaspoons oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add radicchio and onion. Cook 7 to 10 minutes or until tender, stirring frequently. Set aside to cool.

6.  Place WACKY MAC in large salad bowl.

7. Add radicchio and onion. Combine remaining 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce, remaining 1 tablespoon oil, vinegar, salt and pepper in a cup; stir well.

8. Pour over salad and toss. Arrange beef slices on top.
