Ingredients:

2 Tbsps margarine
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
2 Tbsps flour
2 cups 2% milk
2 cups 2% milk shredded reduced fat sharp Cheddar cheese
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
12 oz Wacky Mac®® Veggie Bows
1/2 cup bread crumbs

Cooking Directions:

1. Prepare WACKY MAC according to package directions.

2. Melt margarine in a large pot over medium heat.

3. Add bell pepper and cook for 3 to 5 minutes, or until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.

4. Stir in flour. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until sauce is slightly thickened.

5. Reduce heat to low. Add cheese by the half cup, stirring until melted. Stir in salt, paprika and pepper.

6. Stir in WACKY MAC. Spoon mixture into lightly greased 2-quart baking dish.

7. Sprinkle on breadcrumbs.

8. Bake in preheated 350-degree oven for 20 minutes or until breadcrumbs are golden and mac and cheese is bubbly.
