Ingredients:

3 medium tangerines, peeled and diced
1/2 cup scallions, chopped green parts only
12 oz Wacky Mac®® Veggie Shapes
1 small red bell pepper, quartered
1 lb boneless pork tenderloin, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 1/2 tsps honey
5 tsps white balsamic salad dressing
4 tsps canola oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp chipotle chile powder

Cooking Directions:

1. Cooke pasta according to package directions and rinse under cold water.
2. Combine tangerines, scallions and bell pepper in large salad bowl. Set aside for 10 minutes.

3 Add pork and WACKY MAC and toss well.

4. Stir together honey, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and chile powder in a cup.

5. Pour over salad. Toss well.
