Ingredients:

1 Tbsp olive oil
1 each celery, chopped
1 each garlic clove, minced
1 medium onion, chopped
1 large grated carrot
8 oz ground beef
2 Tbsps tomato paste
14 1/2 oz crushed tomatoes, preferably fire-roasted
1/2 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
2/3 cup cooked kidney beans
3/4 cup (15 oz.) Great Northern beans, rinsed and drained
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
3 cups low sodium beef broth
12 oz Wacky Mac®® Veggie Spirals

Cooking Directions:

1. Heat oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat.

2. Add celery, garlic, onion and carrot. Cook, stirring frequently for 5 minutes.

3. Add ground beef and brown, breaking up with spoon.

4. Stir in tomato paste, crushed tomatoes, oregano, paprika, kidney beans, Great Northern beans, salt and pepper.

5. Add broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring frequently, or until vegetables are tender.

6.  While soup is simmering, prepare Wacky Mac® according to package directions.

7.  Stir in cooked Wacky Mac® and heat through.
