Ingredients:

12 oz Wacky Mac®® Veggie Spirals
2 large black plums, pitted and cut into thin wedges
1/4 cup sliced almonds
2 cups fresh baby spinach leaves
2/3 cup fat free Greek yogurt
1 Tbsp fresh chives, minced
1 1/2 tsps brown sugar
1 tsp white wine vinegar
1 Tbsp canola oil
14 tsps curry powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Cooking Directions:

1. Prepare Wacky Mac® according to package directions.  Drain, rinse and cool.

2. Combine plums, cooked Wacky Mac® and almonds in large salad bowl. Stir gently but well. Add spinach and toss gently but well.

3. In a small bowl, combine yogurt, chives, brown sugar, vinegar, oil, curry powder, salt and pepper.

4. Spoon dressing over salad. Toss gently but well.
